Draft: Add matching of upstream track and cheated upstream Pr tracks

Contributions to the run5 long track reconstruction:

  • Remove some unused / never working alg. MatchNN_UP, PrStoreMP/UP
  • Add PrMatchNNUP algorithm for upstream tracks match to MT seed tracks, there are two options for the NN currently implemented -> needs to be retrained with real U2 MC.
  • Add PrCheatedUpstreamTracking_UP algorithm that creates Pr Upstream tracks by adding cheated UP hits to (real) Velo tracks.
