Draft: Force unique UT clusters (for '24 data)
In the data, sometimes two clusters with the same ChannelID are provided. This MR adds the option to explicitly remove these from the container.
Goes together with: Moore!3606 and LHCb!4625
Draft as we need the sorting merge request to go in first.
