Bugfix: add bremsstrahlung back to electrons when using decay-tree refitting

Laurent Dufour requested to merge ld-bremsstrahlung-refit-fix into master

@fibishop found out that electrons did not properly get their bremsstrahlung correction restored after track refitting. This was effectively because of one missing boolean to the BremAdder.

This sets this boolean, and makes a few changes to counters.
