Draft: Implement makeTrackInfo using U2 trackInfo object

Full update of TrackInfo objects for U2 to decouple MP/MT/FT ,

Comes with LHCb : LHCb!4783

Comes with Rec : !4160

Comes with Boole : Boole!545

Comes with Detector : Detector!661

  • Add Moore config files updates using new objects
  • Add MagnetStation flags for categories of checking?

TODO : agree on

  • TV: to determine >=3 modules (stations, to be decided for crossing-left/right tracks what to use)
  • UP: one in first 2 stations && one in last 2 station ( total station = 4)
  • FT/MP : x/y info counting per T-station

Requires propagating pSim/MCHits from the tracking system to define an acceptance at denominator of efficiencies. To do in future, have Acc and Has flags separated.
