Rich PID ntuple creation software

This creates the PID ntuple for data reconstructed from RICH in order to evaluate the PID performance. It uses the reconstruction of RICH and the tracking system. An example of activating this in python is provided in a recent MR in Panoptes. This has been tested on DD4HEP simulated data. Any related information is available, if needed.

@seaso Please do not unselect the 'delete source branch' option when making MRs. We don't want or need the branch hanging around in gitlab once its merged. You will still have your own copy of the branch in your local checkout if you still need it.
