Fix MuonUT truthmatching in PrTrackAssociator

The PrTrackAssociator has a bug in that MuonUT tracks, where the UT hits and the Muon hits are coming from different MCParticles get truth-matched by the UT hits only.

This MR should fix this and also unify the treatment of the Velo, VeloMuon and MuonUT track types with all other track types.
