Update Plume TAE plots and add LED monitoring

This MR aims at improving the Plume HLT2 monitoring for 2025 data taking. The following changes have been performed:

• Add two additional profile plots in the PlumeTAEMonitor: tae_adc_profile and tae_adc_profile_zs. These plots have been discussed with the run coordination and we would like to check if they provide more information wrt the current 2D histogram.
• Add the monitoring for the LED system. As far as I understood from @rmatev , the original PlumeDigitMonitor.cpp is filtered so that it does not receive calib events. An additional PlumeLEDMonitor.cpp has been added, so that we can fill 1D histograms with LED signals for offline gain adjustement.
• All plots related to MON and PIN PMTs have been removed from PlumeDigitMonitor.cpp since they would not receive meaningful events due to the mentioned filter on calib events. The relevant plots have been added to PlumeLEDMonitor.cpp.
• CMakeLists.txt has been updated to include PlumeLEDMonitor.cpp.
