New correlation histograms: extend to all possible combinations

I added a few more correlation histograms as requested by Run Coordination (@collinsp @rmatev @flpisani). Now there are 2D histograms for all sub detector combinations apart from PLUME.

At the same time it applies the new features of the Gaudi Histograms mentioned in #602
