Fix Event Display Dumper

The Event Display dumper is creating too many VELO tracks. It dumps almost nVelo * nLong number of VELO tracks, due to a bug in the veto of VELO tracks that are also reconstructed as long.

  • Without this fix, the largest event that can be visualized without crashing has about 90 long tracks, but the event display heavily stutters.
  • After this fix, heavy ion collisions up till 1000 long tracks can be smoothly displayed.
