modify the MCTruthAndBkgCat Algorithm to automatically select the MC particles' location

With the newly introduced tes_root_mc() function in the LHCb repo, the algorithm can automatically select the MC particles' location according to the dst format. Note: This requires to specify the options.dstformat in the yaml configuration file.
