Draft: Add new RelTableAlg to match MCParticles and Particles

This is just a first (sloppy) attempt to add algorithms to match:

  • LHCb::MCParticles with LHCb::MCParticles
  • LHCb::Particles with LHCb::MCParticles
  • LHCb::MCParticles with LHCb::Particles

Use case:

  • match MCjets to partons
