RichTrackParameterisedCherenkovResolutions: Allow multiple parameter sets by data type
Adds a new property to the RichTrackParameterisedCherenkovResolutions algorithm that sets the DataSetType, which in turn allows for different parameterisations of the CK theta resolutions to be used for each, for instance for (to be added in the future) Run5 parameterisations.
