Turned MeasuredMassError functor into a GenericFunctor

Made MeasuredMassError a GenericFunctor instead of a TrivialFunctor, so it can be invoked not only with LHCb::Particle const& but also const LHCb::Particle*.

Updated the associated test to test both cases. Tested on a data sample.
