Update RecConf configurables to default to RICHFUTURE.

Christopher Rob Jones requested to merge RecConf-SetRICHFUTUREDefault into master

Updates the default RICH sequence in RecConf to RICHFUTURE, to match that in Brunel Configurable.

Having RecConf have different defaults to Brunel is possibly causing some issues with Online Brunel..
