Modernize for Gaudi::Property in Calo

  • Migrate from declareProperty to Gaudi::Property.
  • Remove empty destructor, constructor along the way.
  • Change NULL to nullptr along the way.
  • Clean uninitialized vars/pointers.
  • Replace double to float where applicable.
