Fixed MuonTrackAlignMonitor in future

Sebastien Ponce requested to merge MuonTrackAlignMonitorFixes into future

2 main problems here :

  • the usage of the original tracks rather than the ones after fitting (in 2 different places now that we cannot modify in the TES anymore)
  • the name of the tools in the ToolHandle declaration : it should not include the property name
