@mzdybal and @adudziak can further check the branch to see if it is correct. I simply reverted back the PixelTracking to use all modules and do not skip backward tracks, that behavior was different in the previous version of the code. I also included the configurations I used to benchmark the results in TDR branch in RecoUpgradeTracking.py
