Revert cached coordinate transform in VPClus pending further investigation
After integrating the new VPClus clustering we saw some higher clone rates.
I don't really believe anymore that this is only due to floating point precision differences.
Therefore this reverts back to the original transformations, pending some further checking of the new method.
