Added B_c->eta_c mu and eta_c->K_s K pi lines for Stripping21 BandQ Global

Added eta_c->K_s K pi prompt line (MicroDST) and B_c->eta_c mu line with eta_c->ppbar and eta_c->K_s K pi final states (fullDST). Full logs of retention rates test:
