WIP: Stripping lc2 l0 d dpi.py

we modified the stripping cut of Lambdac ->(Lambda -> p+ pi-) pi+ based on the code of StrippingLambdac2V0H.py Bach_All_PT_MIN': 750.0MeV, change to Bach_All_PT_MIN': 250.0MeV, Lambda0_PT_MIN': 500MeV, change to Lambda0_PT_MIN': 400MeV, The first cut is for piminus_PT ,and the second cut is for Lambda0_PT.
