CaloPID line improvements Run2

Maximilien Chefdeville requested to merge chefdevi_calib_improvements_run2 into run2-patches

Modification of 2 calo lines: improved timing of Ds* and improved retention of D02KPiGamma (which becomes Dst2D0Pi).

Rate tests with calo recalibration for 2015 and 2016 data below. For completeness, we also post the results for the D02KPiPi0 lines (with resolved and merged pi0) which I'm not the author of but as PID line will need to be included in the 2015-16 full restripping so I thought it'd be good to document them.

PS: some files have formatting issue which I really don't know how to track down... + the .py files are just copies of what was pushed to stripping21-patches. Any help to fix this would be most appreciated.
