removing first DTF for SigmaKPi lines; adjusting cuts

Sorry for yet another change to these lines :(

• It seems that the first DTF was not converging most of the time. The reason could be that the \Sigma^+ flies, and the \pi^0 points to the PV during this fit. If that is true, it would mean loosing many good events.

Note that the timing now increased significantly for the XicpToSpKmPip line. This is because many more Sigma candidates make it to the final combinatorics stage. Let me know if this is problematic
