Add rare baryonic lines (vlisovsk MR 1)
This MR adds a new module with 5 new stripping lines for various kinds of rare baryonic decays (29 channels in total). Output of the stripping test:

The line StrippingRareBaryonicMuMuNeutralLine has high multiplicity and rate due to presence of very soft pi0's, this is expected. StrippingRareBaryonicMuMuLine has high multiplicity because it contains 15 different channels.
