Add RelInfoTrackIsolationBDT2 to B2XMuMuLine

Maik Becker requested to merge mbecker-S29r2p2-RelInfoTrackIsolationBDT2 into 2017-patches

The tool RelInfoTrackIsolationBDT2 for the calculation of BDT track isolations is added to the B2XMuMuLine. Since no changes in the selection were applied, the rate stays the same, but the computation time increases by a factor of 3 in the test.
