Add partially reconstructed channels to the Xi/Omega lines

Reconstruction of Xi/Omega hyperons suffers from inefficiencies of the soft pion (from the Lambda decay) detection. This addition aims at testing the feasibility of a partial reconstruction of Xib->Ximumu, Omegab->Omegamumu without the soft pion, where the Xi (Omega) is built as a proton-pion (proton-kaon) combination with allowing for a 'reasonably bad' vertex quality, as in fact the two tracks come from different decay vertices. Cuts are largely tuned from quick MC studies.

where all the 'old' lines are identical to 2017-patches while the newly added lines are StrippingRareBaryonicMuMuXiOmMuMuPRLine and StrippingRareBaryonicMuMuXiOmEEPRLine. All these lines (old and new) must run in the 2018 restripping, as they were only added for 2017 so far.
