Updated RelInfoTools of Sb2PKMuXPi Lines for 2018-patches

Small change to the S29r2p2 line made to include a second RelInfoTool with updated daughter locations.

Rates seemed to have decreased from the S29r2p2 version but no changes made for consistency between years:
