Add the electron ID line without tag ID cut
This MR adds the electron ID line without PID cuts on the tag electron, to avoid possible biases due to correlations between tag and probe. The increase in rate caused by dropping the tag ID cut is compensated by a tighter cut on the B_DTF_Jpsi mass, to fit into the rate limits.
The 'old' electron ID line with tag cut is preserved but tightened a bit to fit into the rate limits.
