Stripping line for the LFV search of Dstarm2D0pi2ETau3Pi for Run2 2018 patches

Development of a new line for the LFV of D*(2010)+ -> pi+ (D0-> tau+ -> (pi+ pi- pi+ anti-nu_tau) e-), together with the corresponding same-sign lines and the control mode D*(2010)+ -> pi+ (D0-> pi+ pi- pi+ K-).

A further tuning for this line should be expected, since the MC for this decay is currently not available. A MR for the decfile to be added to produce the MC can be found in lhcb-datapkg/Gen/DecFiles!1535 (merged) .

Currently, the control mode (CM) lines are prescaled of a factor 1/40 to keep the rates <0.5% as desired for a DST and to be aligned to the LFV modes of interest.
