Add Lb2PKLTauHadronic module

This adds a new module for the lines:

    Lb -> p K- mu+ tau-
    Lb -> p K- mu- tau+
    Lb -> p K- e+ tau-
    Lb -> p K- e- tau+

with the tau reconstructed as pi+ pi- pi+. Dilepton same sign lines are included. Lines (prescaled) with reversed PID cuts are included as well. As requested by the liaisons in another MR (!1777 (comment 6899634)), the Bu2LLK must not be used and the new module Lb2PKLTauHadronic is created. We profited from the new module to improve the selection and simplify the decay descriptor.
