Added Bd2K1MuMu line

James Brown requested to merge RD_Bd2K1MuMu_2018-patches into RD_2018-patches

Added line for Bd -> ( Jpsi -> Mu+ Mu- ) ( K_1(1270) -> ( K*(892) -> K+ Pi- ) pi0 ) - reconstructed without the K1/pi0 for efficiency. Along with a line for SS muons.

Timing and event information for 2016 data attached.
