New LLP->eta pi pi line
Introduce a new line in the LLP2Hadrons
builder, which selects LLP->eta pi pi
where eta
decays to two photons. Other lines from the module were not included in the restripping of 2017 data - aiming at rerunning the entire module for 2017.
