Reinstate pi0/eta -> e+ e- gamma lines, preserving brem photons

Goal is to reproduce exactly the behaviour of these lines: StrippingExoticaDisplDiELowMassMicroLine StrippingExoticaEtaToDiEGammaMicroLine StrippingExoticaPi0ToDiEGammaMicroLine from Stripping 34, but add code to preserve the brem photon information properly, which was lost last time

This only needs to run, strictly, for 2018 data
