Copy the electron ID line to RD WG

Vitalii Lisovskyi requested to merge RD_ElecID_2018-patches into RD_2018-patches

This copies the existing electron ID line from Calib to RD directory, to be run in the current stripping campaign. No modifications to the code were made.

This line was already run for 2016 and 2018, therefore only needs to run for 2017.
