Fix bug in config file

Aravindhan Venkateswaran requested to merge RD_B2TauNu_BUGFIX_CONFIG_2018-patches into RD_2018-patches

Config file had some bugs in decay descriptors pertaining to isolation tools. Bug fixing as discussed with @yusong
