update pptaunu lines
Some improvements to the pptaunu lines.
- Simplified daughter selections and effectively got rid of merging for simplicity.
- Re-labelled fake protons to now be pions from N(1440)0->p pi for clarity.
- Removed trigger requirements on the bkg lines
- Tightened bkg prescales to keep rates down.
