Minor changes to get the Plotting running

Hey @adudziak I needed to change a few things in the plotSFit.py script to get the plotting working as documented in the twiki on my side. Could you check if this makes sense?

Additionally I did a few small changes to runSFit_new.py that I think are nice. By specifying --jobs with many cores on our machines, the fit only takes a few minutes compared to half an hour or longer with only one core.
