Clean-up of the project and preparation for Urania 10

Active packages:

• PIDCalib (inc. Meerkat), TrackCalib, B2DXFitters.
• Rest of packages can be used as analysis tools though not really maintained (neither too problematic).

Packages completely removed:

• FT/Espresso (discussed with FT convenors)
• PhysFit/P2VV (no longer maintained - present in lhcb-b2cc)

Packages removed but reallocated:

• A2MuMu - removed from Urania and cloned to lhcb-qee: https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-qee/a2mumu
• B2CCtuples - removed from Urania and cloned to lhcb-b2cc: https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-b2cc/b2cctuples
• Bs2JpsiKs - removed from Urania and cloned to lhcb-b2cc: https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-b2cc/Bs2JpsiKs
• Bs2JpsiPhiParams - removed from Urania and cloned to lhcb-b2cc: https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-b2cc/b2jpsiphiparams
• Bs2MuMu, Bs2MuMuParams - removed from Urania and cloned to lhcb-rd: https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-rd/urania_bs2mumu
• Ks2MuMu - removed from Urania and cloned to Alexandria: https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/Alexandria/
