Small changes to acceptance

Jordy Butter requested to merge dev_dsk_massFit into master

Acceptance shape works now and has options for a bar in pull diagram and plot-prefix. The height of the acceptance is now 25% of max, which can be changed back in the code. Some config files are better formatted now
