Make the TCKs for sequences using 3GPUs/node

These TCKs describe the sequences for v4r12 with Allen!1748 (commits) cherry-picked on top. Both the old sequence and the intended new sequence are included:

  • Old sequence: 0x1000106f
  • New sequence: 0x10001072 - matching only, no UT, new stack
  • New sequence: 0x10001073 - forward-then-matching, with UT, new stack
