Make the TCKs for sequences using 3GPUs/node - stack-based approach

This is a backup plan since !48 (merged) isn't working.

Instead of doing a commit based approach on v4r12-hotfixes, instead to a stack-based approach on v4r12 taken from CVMFS. This means the TCKs which are generated will not include the new bandwidth division.

Note, due to !49 (merged), we need to increment the numbers of these TCKs by 2
