Misc fixes
A few fixes:
- detect dependencies with new cmake configuration
- fix for new microarchitecture level binary tags
- fix build of DD4hep in debug mode with DDCAD enabled
- change default platform to x86_64_v2-centos7-gcc10-dbg
- change default LCG to 100
- fix lookup of local builds of special projects (GitConDB, DD4hep)
