mirror 'BaseOS/os/images' so that we can use this url in kickstart installs

  • anaconda requires /images/install.img to boot
  • if limit ourselves to defining kickstart installs with /kickstart, we cannot install a fully up to date system without a 'dnf upgrade' call inside the kickstart
