rename cc8 and ccs8 to c8 and cd8

As desired by Tim: this will rename cc8 and ccs8 to c8 and cs8 for the KPIs and the SLIs. If run on historical data it will also take care of the proper renaming.

Later on we can change logstash as well - however, repairing historical data in ES is non-trivial.
