[LOS-1064]: Initial code
This code is the answer to LOS-1064
The logic will check if the current RHEL point release's release notes are available, and if they are - automatically add it to linux.cern.ch
This code has been written to work with LOS-1071 (see latest commit: !1 (4b852dd3))
For dev_ testing, the git url for the linux.cern.ch website has been defined as https://gitlab.cern.ch/morrice/linux.cern.ch and content deliberately removed.
The result of the script are the following MRs (as well as emails)
Given RHEL9.2 and RHEL8.8 were only released a few weeks ago, it will be a few months until we profit from this work
