LOS-1243: Instruct qfm to only query 1 weeks worth of server side files

Only attempt to pull down "1 week" of updates, which results in a much more predicable time to finish and future proofs us if we ever loose the TIMEFILE again (the TIMEFILE is stored in the "tmp" directory afterall)
