Draft: Prepare for koji-tester executing this

The koji-tester repo https://gitlab.cern.ch/linuxsupport/testing/

will call this repos CI once per day with a _KOJI_PROFILE=kojitest

We should do as much as we can in here with out actually messing up builds.

In particular we do not upload images to openstack since would override the real Test edition that was created on last merge to master.
