Add dual booting to our cloud images

This MR will solve the issue of producing single images for both BIOS/UEFI for VMs/Ironic machines.

Tested on both boot types on VMs and physical machines (borrowed from Herve and confirmed by Arne)

Awaiting confirmation from Arne. I provided two "production ready" images and uploaded them to his tenant
