kiwi 10 image tags

kiwi image tags for RHEL10 and ALMA10.

• alma10-kiwi-10x
• rhel10-kiwi-10x

The installed packages for the build root are kiwi-cli, kiwi-systemdeps and make.

The first two are obvious since we need a kiwi client. The make is an extra since we need to make use of the koji kiwi-build --make-prep ... option to configure kiwi slightly.

These tags are needed both on koji testing and koji production now in fact. In particular the image upload jobs only run for KOJI_PROFILE=koji.

The current WIP for images themselves is at

Currently the jobs complete the build stage and an artefact is created of the raw image but no more progress can be made in that fork till we have the tags on prod koji.
