Split building and installation from packaging

Today, both the building and installation process are handled by the RPM spec while building the package. This is fine until the need arise for packaging for a different distribution, or the need for using the sources directly on a running system (e.g. for testing).

We can split the building/installation process from the RPM packaging process.
