MALTDS-65: Use unqualified username format for default domain only

The previous version was using a unqualified username format as global setting. This was allowing access to the host from both domains, but it tends to confuse SSSD about which domain should be used to get user information.

The solution is to set an unqualified username format for the default domain only.
